ANIMAL SHED CLEANING MACHINE

Cleaning is a process of removing dust and waste materials from location where they serve no use. If the work place is clean it enhances the working interest and quality of work and job satisfaction. If the environment is not clean it can lead to uncomfortable for workers and it may cause allergic reaction and respiratory problems. Cleaning process should be well and it should create a sanitary work environment. Cleaning involves different types of farm duties such as mopping, dusting, sweeping, buffing and vacuuming. 
This project consists of a various mechanical components like bearing and rotating shaft which are interconnected and these components are rested over chassis which is made of mild steel pipes, angles and sheets. The chassis is connected to two wheels at the rear end and the two wheels at the front. Then the working of the machine involves the automatic movement and direction is given by the operator. This machine not only clean the floor also lifts the waste by means of blade and it will collect in the tub. Blade which is at the front for lifting waste is operated by lifting mechanism. The machine is designed such that the tub which will collect the waste can be removed for unloading. The motor is placed at the back which is connected to the brush disk by belt. Brush can be replaceable. The structure of the machine is rigid and robust to provide a comfortable for the user.
